NEW AMSTERDAM SURF x DE HANGOUT

It was about time.

After all those surf sessions in Wijk aan Zee, the moment is here, New Amsterdam Surf Association takes over De Hangout for its first-ever beach takeover.

On August 15, we turn our home base into a place where music, surf and community come together the way they should. From 14:00 to 23:00.

Music will be curated by Maruwa, Doppelgang, Dan Dusty, Sun Sol and Mudfat

But this day isn’t just about music.

Want to get in the water? We’ve got you covered. From 12:00 till 15:00 we’ll be offering surf lessons, as well as board and wetsuit rentals for anyone looking to catch a few waves before heading back to the dancefloor.

Surf options available during the event (prices in the ticketshop).

To make getting there easy, shuttle buses will be running between Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station and De Hangout throughout the day.
